1. Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Unfortunately, returns requested after this period cannot be accepted.

2. Return Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In its original condition
  • Returned in the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation
  • Free from damage caused after delivery

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Perishable goods
  • Personal care or hygiene products
  • Items damaged through misuse or neglect
  • Products missing parts not caused by our error

4. Return Shipping & Instructions

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your return package.

  • Incorrect, Defective, or Damaged Items: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no additional cost.
  • Change of Mind Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning products for personal preference or change of mind.

5. Restocking Fees

We believe in fair and transparent service. Therefore, BEE IN THE BAG does not charge any restocking fees on approved returns.

6. Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund:

  • Contact your bank for processing updates
